MEMBERS RIGHTS

a) Members sign up for yearly membership.

b) Once an individual joins the SBLA, their membership is automatically renewed ten days before expiration of membership unless said member elects to withdraw their membership.

c) The fees associated with SBLA Membership are due upon signup and/or renewal.

d) The SBLA may elect at any time to increase or decrease membership fees without notice.
The SBLA guarantees its existing members a memberhip dues freeze at the original membership level to all current members for as long as the current member remains in good standing at the time of an increase in dues.

e) The SBLA does not take responcibility for commiossions or interaction with members as concerns commissions for the sale of a business and/or business opportunity.

f) In the event a member chooses to offer a commision or percentage for an offer and does not pay the fee or percentage to the associate who has assisted them that member will have all priveleges revoked.

g) Members may advertise on the SBLA web site freely and utilize all the services as long as their membership is in good standing.

h) Though the SBLA guarantees to make every effort to secure the financing requested by members, the SBLA does not guarantee members will receive the financing they request.

Member Priveleges

Buy and Sell Business' Online:

Members offering a business or business opportunity may elect to offer associate members the opportunity to receiev a commision or portion of the sale of their business or opportunity. Members choose the amount of said commission/percentage of sales at the time of placement of the offer to sell their business or business opportunity.

Classified Directory:

Members may use the classifieds to publish any business offer and/or service. Memebers agree that they will not use the Business Classified for any other purpose but BUSINESS purposes. These "Purposes" include the buying and selling of business and/or business opportunities, the sale or seeking of products and/or services that are business related.

Chat, Conferencing and Forums:

Members may use the forums and chat areas freely. We expect that all interaction will be conducted in a business manner.

Loans, Lines Of Credit, Financing:

Members may apply for a loan, liune of credit or other financing and are responcible for all and any fees associated with the application.

Banner Exchange:

Members are required to obey the banner rules upon Sign-Up. Each member may apply one time and place multiple banners.
